- Month 1: Purchase (eSIM) on the Smartfren x Tomoro website. Customers will receive a unique Tomoro voucher code via email. After receiving the email, customers will be directed to the Tomoro promo page to redeem the voucher (if purchasing through the app) or show the promo to the cashier (if purchased directly at a Tomoro offline store).
- Months 2 and 3: Purchase a data package via the MySmartfren app or other digital purchase channels. Customers will receive a unique voucher code via SMS notification.

if the customer purchases the Kuota M package in the second month, will they still receive the free redemption promo?
No, customers will receive the free redemption promo or free promo if the data package purchase in the second and third months is greater than or equal to the price of the eSIM purchase in the first month.

After successful payment, customers will immediately receive their eSIM QR code and promo voucher code.

Customers will receive their voucher code within a maximum of 3x24 hours after successful purchase of the data package.
