We will provide 340 MB/ day to access this application without using any main quota. If this Application Data exhaust in that day, you can still access the application with your main quota.

Once you click “ACTIVATE” on the registration page, the validity has started. It is recommended to do registration near your departure date and make sure the data you submit are all correct.
Tourists can purchase and activate eSIM fully online without having to visit any offline stores. Just make sure that your email is correct so we can send you the eSIM activation code and please prepare the screenshot of your device IMEI, valid Passport, and Selfie with Passport.
As per Indonesian government regulations, all forms of cell phones, handheld computers, and tablets are mandatory to register for IMEI. In addition, foreigners are mandated to prepare their valid identity document (passport/ KITAS/ KITAP) for prepaid registration.
During operational hours (everyday 7:00-22:00 GMT+7) you only need to wait 15 mins for your registration to be fully verified. Once your data is verified, you may use your eSIM immediately.
Outside of operational hours, estimated waiting time can take up to 8 hours.

Conditions for Claiming the 47GB Double Quota Tourist eSIM Bonus* and City Division by Zones
Double Quota Bonus Tourist eSIM 47GB* is a quota that is valid 24 hours in all applications in certain zones in Indonesia. The Double Quota Bonus given is 12GB. Double Quota Bonus can only be used in locations according to the area/zone that has been determined. If you leave the area/zone, the Double Quota Bonus is automatically unusable.
For Smartfren customers who are in the predetermined zone, customers must first claim their Double Quota Bonus on mySF app or through USSI by calling *888*789#. Then, the Double Bonus Quota will be immediately given according to the area/zone where the customer is detected to be active in that area.
