Top Up on Postpaid Number

If the customer reaches the Credit Limit, customer can make a request to increase the Credit Limit by visiting the nearest smartfren gallery.
  1. Top Up can only be done through ATM services, Mobile Banking, Uangku application, and electronic voucher. Top up cannot use Physical Vouchers.
  2. Top Up does not add or change the customer's Credit Limit
  3. Customers get Top Up credit which can be used for all telecommunication services, such as phone calls, SMS, registering for internet packages, etc.
  4. Credit can be used for automatic renewal (autorenewal) of service packages
  5. Use with Top Up credit takes precedence over Credit Limit. If the customer has remaining Credit Limit and Top Up Credit, then when the customer makes a paid call (or other service), it will first take the Top Up Credit. After the Top Up Credit runs out, then the use will be taken from the Credit Limit.
  6. Usage of Top Up credit is not included in the calculation of Minimum Monthly Usage. Minimum Monthly Usage only calculates usage with Credit Limit
  7. Customers can find out their remaining Top Up credit by calling *123#, via MySF Apps or send SMS 'CEK' to 999. Customers will receive an SMS with the following information: "Total Usage of Rp. XXXX. Remaining Credit Limit Rp. XXXX. You do not have any arrears. Credit bonus Rp. XXX, valid until 12/30/2099". Information: "Credit Bonus" is the remaining top up credit of the customer. 30/12/2099 is the validity period of Top Up

Payment Deadline

The payment period is from the processed date (stated on the billing statement) to the due date.

  1. Auto debit Kartu Kredit.
  2. Melalui ATM : Via Bank BCA, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, NISP, Panin, Permata, Sinarmas, BJB, BTPN, Standard Chartered, BII, BRI Syariah, Bukopin, Common Wealth, Danagung Bakti, Danagung Sakti, Danagung Ramulti, Danamon, Bank DKI, Bank Kalimantan Barat, dan Bank Riau.
  3. Melalui Internet Banking : Via Bank BCA , BII , Danamon, Mandiri, Panin, Sinarmas, CIMB Niaga, dan Standard Chartered.
  4. Melalui aplikasi UANGKU.
  5. Mengunjungi galeri smartfren terdekat.
