- Customers who make send and receives credits are smartfren prepaid customers
- The sender must be a smartfren prepaid customer who is in an active period and has been on the smartfren network for 30 days
- The recipient must be smartfren prepaid customer who is in active period grace period or suspend period(2 way block)
- To use this service Smartfren customers can call * 879 # or send an SMS to 879 with the format "SEND. [Recipient No.]. [nominal], for example" KIRIM.0888xxxxxxx.5000 "
- There is no credit limit that can be sent per day as long as the sender's credit is still sufficient.
- The minimum remaining credit that must be fulfilled after the sender initiates a Balance Transfer is IDR 5,000 after the customer transfers the credit
- The recipient of the credit will not be charged anything for this service.
- The active period of the recipient of the credit will increase if you receive a credit transfer

Customers simply send an SMS to 879 with format KIRIM.[Recipient No.].[nominal], for example KIRIM.0888xxxxxxx.5000.
In addition, customers can also use USSI services by dialing * 879 #.

The sender will be charged an admin fee, but the nominal varies depending on the number of the credit sent.
