- How long is the validity for quota or cashback bonus program?
Program ini berlaku sampai 4 November 2021.
- Can all customers participate in this program?
This program is only valid for selected customers who receive SMS from smartfren.
- How do I get this program offer?
Selected customers will get an SMS broadcast from sf WOW. You can also check directly from *777# or via the mySF application in the "Special for You" section. Customers are entitled to get Bonus Quota after top up balance or purchasing voucher data according to the offer.
- How much bonus quota will I receive after top up or buy voucher data?
The total value of Quota Bonus or Cashback Bonus received by customers will vary for each customer according to the communication received. Quota Bonus or Cashback Bonus is given to Customers in 3 phases:
1. The first bonus is given when successfully topping up, data vouchers or buying an internet package. Together with the First Bonus, customers also get a special quota bonus Video Call for 7 days. The special quota for application access can be in the form of access to Video Call, YouTube, or Social Media application according to the information received.
2. The Second Bonus is given 31 days after the first Bonus is received.
3. The Third Bonus is given 31 days after the Second Bonus is received.

- If I have Quota Bonus and YouTube App Access Quota Bonus, which one is used when I access YouTube App?
As long as the customer have both Bonus Quota and Bonus Quota to access YouTube from this program, then when accessing YouTube, then the Bonus Quota used is the Bonus Quota to access YouTube.
- What application does Video Call or YouTube or Social Media quota apply to access what applications?
Bonus Quota to access particular application is valid to access these following apps:
Video Call Quota Access: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tinder, Whatsapp, Line, Skype, Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams, Cisco Webex.
YouTube Quota Access: YouTube.
Social Media Quota Access: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tinder.
- If I have Quota Bonus and Video Call Access Quota Bonus, which one is used when I access Video Call?
As long as the customer have both Bonus Quota and Bonus Quota to access Video Call Applications from this program, then when accessing Video Call Applications, then the Bonus Quota used is the Bonus Quota to access Video Call Applications.
- If I have Quota Bonus and Social Media Application Access Quota Bonus, which Social Media Application is used when I access the Social Media Application?
As long as the customer still has a special Quota Bonus for Social Media Application access together with the Quota Bonus from this program, then when accessing the Social Media Application, the quota used is the Social Media Application Quota Bonus.
- Are there any requirements to use the Quota Bonus?
The quota bonus can be used immediately for internet access according to its type. For example, a special quota bonus for accessing the Video Call Application can only be used to access the Video Call Application.
- How to use Bonus Quota?
The quota bonus will be used immediately when you access the internet (website or application) according to its type. For example, if you access Video Call Application, the special quota bonus for Video Call Application will automatically be used as long as the bonus quota is still sufficient. Meanwhile, outside these hours, another bonus quota or main quota will be used automatically as long as the bonus quota is sufficient.
- Can I combine the Quota Bonus with the Quota Bonus I received in other programs?
No. The Quota Bonus obtained from this program cannot be combined with the Quota Bonus from other programs.

- What can the cashback be used for?
Bonus cashback can be used to purchase Data Kuota Nonstop, Internet Berbasis Volume, Internet ION+ Plan, Paket Booster Unlimited, Paket Internet Unlimited, Paket Membership Power Up, Paket Power Up Add-On and Power Up Booster, but not valid for automatic renewal and UNL Booster Package Discounts or other packages that are being discounted (discounted price promo).
- Are there any requirements to use the Cashback Bonus?
Cashback can be used directly to purchase packages with a certain minimum value. The minimum value for the package purchase is listed on the direct broadcast SMS from sf WOW.
- How do you use the Cashback Bonus to buy internet packages?

Then your main credit will be deducted automatically to meet the shortage of purchasing the selected internet plan.
- Can I combine the Cashback Bonus with the Cashback Bonus I received in other programs?
No. The use of cashback bonuses or quota bonuses from this cashback program cannot be combined with cashback bonuses or quota bonuses obtained from other programs.
- Can the Cashback Bonus used for calls, SMS, or other packages other than those stated in the terms & conditions?

- Can the Quota Bonus and Cashback validity period be extended?
No. If not used, the Quota Bonus will be expired when the validity period ends.
- Can the Quota Bonus or Cashback be transferred to other smartfren numbers?
Can not. The Quota and Cashback Bonus can only be used by smartfren numbers that receive the Cashback Bonus.
- If I have topped up / bought data voucher according to the program, but haven't received the Quota / Cashback Bonus or have gotten the Quota / Cashback Bonus but the value is not suitable, where can I contact for this issue?
