As long as the customer still has a special Quota Bonus for Social Media Application access together with the Quota Bonus from this program, then when accessing the Social Media Application, the quota used is the Social Media Application Quota Bonus.
- Are there any requirements to use the Quota Bonus?
The quota bonus can be used immediately for internet access according to its type. For example, a special quota bonus for accessing the Video Call Application can only be used to access the Video Call Application.
- How to use Bonus Quota?
The quota bonus will be used immediately when you access the internet (website or application) according to its type. For example, if you access Video Call Application, the special quota bonus for Video Call Application will automatically be used as long as the bonus quota is still sufficient. - Can the Quota Bonus and Cashback validity period be extended?
No. If not used, the Quota Bonus will be expired when the validity period ends.
- Can the Quota Bonus or Cashback be transferred to other smartfren numbers?
Can not. The Quota and Cashback Bonus can only be used by smartfren numbers that receive the Cashback Bonus.
Terms and Conditions Special Bonus
1. Cashback up to 100% (max. Rp 72,000), Bonus Quota up to 15 GB, or Bonus Apps Subscription that only applies to selected prepaid smartfren customer.
2. Periode program hingga 6 Juli 2023
3. Selected customer for Cashback, Bonus Quota, or Bonus Apps Subscription Program will receive SMS broadcast from sf WOW or can directly check by typing PROMO and dial *777# (Free).
4a. To get Bonus Cashback, Bonus Quota, or Bonus Apps Subscription, selected customer is required to make top up (Physical or Electronic Voucher), Voucher Data, or internet package purchase with minimum value/denomination as stated in SMS, mySF Application, and USSI menu *777#.
4b. Beside the bonuses stated in point no. 4a, selected customer can receive discount up to Rp 10,000 for internet package purchase with minimum value/denomination as stated in SMS, mySF Application, and USSI menu *777#.
5. The value of Bonus Cashback or Bonus Quota, and also internet package purchase, Top Up / Voucher Data minimum value requirement might be different for each customer. That information is stated in SMS, mySF Application, and USSI menu *777#.
Customer that fulfilled program condition is eligible to get Bonus Cashback or Bonus Quota 1x or more, as stated in SMS, mySF Application, and USSI menu *777#.
7. 8b. Bonus Langganan Aplikasi meliputi Genflix dan VIU, tidak termasuk kuota untuk menonton film di aplikasi tersebut, dengan masa berlangganan sesuai dengan yang tertera pada komunikasi program.
9. For customer who activate smartfren number starting 30 September 2021, Cashback up to 100% (max. Rp 72,000) for Bonus Quota up to 15 GB will be given starting D+1 of activation date if doing top up or buying voucher data.
10. Bonus Cashback, Bonus Quota, or Bonus Apps Subscription received from this program cannot be used together with Bonus Cashback, Bonus Quota or Bonus Apps Subscription earned from another program.
11. Customer can only receive Cashback, Bonus Quota, or Bonus Apps Subscription one time during program period and the the Smartfren Card have to be in active status when the Cashback, Bonus Quota, and Bonus Apps Subscription is given.
12. smartfren has the right to change the program’s terms and condition without prior notice.
13. Complaint in regards to this program will be handled within 3x24 hours.
For Customer that receive Cashback Program
14. The cashback bonus can be used to purchase Unlimited Nonstop packages, volume-based internet, ION+ Plan internet, Unlimited Booster Packages, Unlimited Internet Packages, but does not apply to automatic package extensions, UNL Booster Discount Packages or other packages that are being discounted ( there is a price cut promo).
15. Bonus Cashback is usable to purchase packages as stated above with minimum purchase requirement and will be given to customer in 1, 2, or 3 phases:
a. First Cashback is given immediately after selected customer make top up (Physical or Electronic Voucher), Voucher Data and internet package purchase. This Cashback is valid for 28 Days. Together with this first cashback, customer can also get bonus Internet Quota or Special Quota to access particular Applications valid for 7 days as stated on point no. 8a.
b. Second cashback will be given 31 days after the first cashback is given to selected customer. This Cashback is valid for 28 Days. Together with this second cashback, customer can also get bonus Internet Quota or Special Quota to access particular Applications valid for 7 days as stated on point no. 8a.
c. Third cashback will be given 31 days after the second cashback is given to selected customer. This Cashback is valid for 28 Days. Together with this third cashback, customer can also get bonus Internet Quota or Special Quota to access particular Applications valid for 7 days as stated on point no. 8a.
16. Bonus cashback can only be used for purchase of packages mentioned in this program terms and conditions at a minimum package price as mentioned in SMS, mySF apps, USSI *123# menu and cannot be used for services using basic rates such as phone call, SMS, internet usage and other packages excluding those stated in point no. 5.
17. Bonus cashback can only be used together with the main balance. If the Cashback is not sufficient to purchase a package, then main balance will be deducted accordingly.
18. To be able to use the Cashback Bonus, the customer credit balance that has a cashback bonus must match the minimum package price to be purchased. However, the balance will be deducted according to the nominal package price after deducting the nominal cashback bonus.
For Customer that receive Bonus Quota Program
18. Bonus Quota is Main Quota which can be used for 24 Hours to access internet (website and application) or Bonus Special Quota to access particular application as state in point no. 8a.
19. Bonus Quota will be given to customer in 1, 2, 3 phase(s) or weekly up to 8x:
a. First Bonus Quota is given immediately after selected customer make top up (Physical or Electronic Voucher), Voucher Data and internet package purchase. Bonus Quota is valid for 7 or 30 Days. Together with this first Bonus Quota only, customer will get Special Bonus Quota to access particular apps valid for 7 days as stated in point no. 8a.
b. Second Bonus Quota will be given 31 days after the first Bonus Quota is given to selected customer. Bonus Quota is valid for 7 Days.
c. Third Bonus Quota will be given 31 days after the second Bonus Quota is given to selected customer. Bonus Quota is valid for 7 Days.
d. For selected customer with weekly bonus, the second and the following bonus up to 8x will be given every 7 days after the revious bonus is given. Bonus Quota is valid for 7 Days
20. As long as the customer have both Bonus Quota and Bonus Quota to access Video Call Applications from this program, then when accessing Video Call application, then the Bonus Quota used is the Bonus Quota to access Video Call application.
21. For customer eligible to get Bonus Quota Midnight, the Quota is able to be used to access all website and application at 1-5 AM.
22. As long as the customer have both Bonus Quota and Bonus Quota to access YouTube from this program, then when accessing YouTube, then the Bonus Quota used is the Bonus Quota to access YouTube.
23. As long as the customer have both Bonus Quota and Bonus Quota to access Social Media from this program, then when accessing social media application as mentioned in point no. 8a, then the Bonus Quota used is the Bonus Quota to access Social Media.
24. Selama pelanggan masih memiliki Bonus Kuota khusus akses Chat bersamaan dengan Bonus Kuota dari program ini, maka saat mengakses aplikasi chat seperti pada poin no. 8a, Kuota yang terpakai adalah Bonus Kuota Chat.
25. Selama pelanggan masih memiliki Bonus Kuota khusus akses TikTok bersamaan dengan Bonus Kuota dari program ini, maka saat mengakses TikTok, Kuota yang terpakai adalah Bonus Kuota TikTok.
