The system maintenance process will take place on Tuesday, September 19 at 23.00 WIB – Wednesday, September 20 at 01.00 WIB. As a result of system maintenance, this will affect several services, including; Customers are temporarily unable to top up their data and credit packages via *123#, mySF and smartfren.com cannot be done. Meanwhile, customers can still access the internet, telephone and SMS according to their registered packages.
As an anticipatory step, before the system maintenance process takes place, customers are expected to top up their packages or credit first, so as not to disrupt transaction activities. Especially for customers who activate the autorenewal package which is scheduled on September 19 at 23:59:59, make sure they have sufficient credit or limit before 01.00.
The system maintenance process will be completed on Wednesday 20 September 2022 at 01.00 WIB and customers can again take advantage of all the features and services available on all smarftren platforms
