No, the remaining data / phone / SMS quota will be reset every month (not accumulated to the next month).
12. How long is the quota valid for Add On SmartPlan package?
The validity period of SmartPlan Add On Package will follow the active period of SmartPlan Package, which is until the end of the month / package renewal process in the next billing cycle.
13. Can I Change the Unit Allocation in SmartPlan Package?
Yes, customers can change the unit allocation in the middle of billing cycle date, where the new unit allocation will only be effective in the billing cycle / in the following month.
