2. How many options for SmartPlan Postpaid package?

The selection of SmartPlan Postpaid packages varies from Rp 50K to Rp 650K.

3. If I Buy 100K SmartPlan Package, How Many Units Can I Get and How Much is the Maximum Unit Allocation for the Data Quota?

100K SmartPlan package will get 20 units, of which the maximum unit can be allocated for a maximum data quota of 18 units (equivalent to 18 GB), Voice quota 1 unit (equivalent to 5 minutes) and SMS quota 1 unit (equivalent to 50 SMS)

4. Can I Allocate All Existing Units for Data Quota Only?

No, you can't, at least 1 unit must be allocated for Voice quota and 1 unit for SMS quota. There can't be zero (empty) units.

5. What is Quota 24 Hours?

24 hours quota is 4G internet quota that can be used 24 hours / day during the validity period of SmartPlan package.

6. What is Voice Quota to Other Operator?

Voice quota to other operators is quota for calls that can be used to other operators in Indonesia. This quota does not apply to international calls or special numbers such as Call Center services and other special / premium services.

7. What is Unlimited Call Quota to Smartfren?

Unlimited Voice Quota to Smartfren is a call quota that can be used to fellow Smartfren. This quota is not valid when roaming.

8. What is SMS Quota to All Operators?

SMS quota to All Operators is an SMS quota that can be used to all operators in Indonesia, including Smartfren numbers. This quota does not apply to international SMS or special numbers such as SMS Banking and other special / premium SMS services.

9. What if the data quota runs out before the package ends?

This Postpaid SmartPlan package applies a Limitless mechanism, meaning that if the data quota is used up in the middle of the package period, customer can still make data connection at an adjusted speed until the end of the month / the package renewal process in the next billing cycle.

If you want to get the Best Effort speed, customers can buy Add On Data Package available through MySmartfren application.

10. What if the voice and SMS quota runs out before the package ends?

If the Voice or SMS quota runs out, the applicable Call or SMS tariff will be charged. Customers can buy Add On Phone or SMS Package available through MySmartfren application
