What happens if I don't top up every month consecutively for 2 years?
Bonus Quota 28 GB will be obtained per 30 days if you top up your credit starting from 50K. If you don't top up your credit in a certain month, the total bonus earned in 24 months is less than 672 GB
If the Customer does not top up the credit so that the number is in a grace period, can the Customer still get the Bonus?
Customers can still get the Bonus by reloading a minimum of IDR 50,000 before the number is terminated. Then the number will be active again and will get a Bonus.
Can customers get 2x Bonus if they top up 100K credits?
No. Top up balance at least 50K IDR does not apply to multiples, so reloads with balance of 100K will still get 1x bonus.
Can a customer top up a minimum of 50 thousand credits while the 28 GB Quota Bonus is still valid?
Yes. However, the next 28 GB quota bonus will still be given in the next period. Make sure your number is active in the next period so that the bonus can be used.
Can the customer claim the Bonus multiple times with the same device?
No. Bonus can only be claimed 1 time for 1 number by using 1 device.
