This bundling applies specifically for purchasing Samsung Galaxy A12 device with special Samsung smartfren Starter Pack with Quota Bonus up to 672 GB for 2 years and other benefits with top-up of 50K IDR every month (balance remains) 

What benefits will I get if I buy this Bundling Package?

Customers will benefit as follows:  

  • Quota 24 Hours 2 GB/month. 
  • Chat Quota 5 GB/month, not include voice call or video call. 
  • Night quota of 21 GB/month is valid from 01.00 – 05.00 WIB. 
  • Free unlimited calls to all Smartfren. 
  • The bonus period is 28 days. 
  • Bonus valid for 24 months and 1x every month 
  • The quota bonus is obtained by the customer by reloading IDR 50 thousand every month (the credit remains intact). 

Where customer can purchase this bundling package?

Customers can purchase this bundling at the nearest Infinix Store that cooperates, while supplies last.  

How do Customers get Quota Bonus?

Customers must top up their credit at least 50K IDR every month and quota bonus will be given directly. The IDR 50,000 credit will remain intact and can be used to purchase other packages. 

How do customers check if the Quota Bonus has been received?

Customers can check the quota bonus in MySmartfren application. 

Will the 50K credit that I top-up will be lost after claiming the Bonus?

The 50 thousand credits are not lost and can be used to purchase other internet packages. 

What if the Quota Bonus is not in MySmartfren application?

Make sure the customer has reloaded minimum of 50K IDR. If the Quota Bonus is still not received, please contact smartfren 24-hour call center at 888. 

The customer has reloaded IDR 50,000 in 1 week after activation, why doesn't the customer get the Quota Bonus?

Top up minimum of IDR 50,000 must be done no later than 3 days after card activation, and claims through MySmartfren application no later than 3 days after top up. Top-up credit beyond the specified time will cause the Customer to not get the Quota Bonus 

Is the Data Voucher reload valid to get the Quota Bonus?

Quota bonus will be given if you top up your credit either physically or electronically. Top-up with Data Voucher is not valid to get Quota Bonus. 

If the Customer reloads more than 1x within 1 month, will the Quota Bonus still apply?

Customers can top up credit more than 1x in 1 month, but the Quota Bonus they get is still 1 time for a period of 30 days.
