10. How do I make sure my auto renewal is successful?
The package auto-renewal process on the 28th day starts between 23.00 -23.59 hours. Therefore, make sure you have sufficient credit, according to the price of the package that will be automatically renewed (auto renewal).To check your remaining credit, check your credit on the mySF app or you can use USSI by dialing * 999 #
11. What happens if the auto renewal doesn't work?
If on the 28th day between 23: 00-23: 59, when the automatic renewal takes place, it turns out that the credit is insufficient, the package will be forfeited, to be able to enjoy Smartfren data services, the customer must repurchase the data package to avoid charging regular rates
12. Can I buy another Unlimited Data Package if I already have an active unlimited package?
Yes, with the following conditions:
• Pengguna paket perpanjangan-otomatis hanya dapat membeli paket lainnya yang tidak diperpanjang-otomatis
• If you have 2 Daily Unlimited Data Packages with the same price & active at the same time, then the purchase will only increase the active period following the last package purchased.
• If you have 2 Daily Unlimited Data Packages with different prices & are active at the same time, you will increase the package's active period following the last purchased package and get a fair usage limit for each package.
