Apa yang terjadi apabila perpanjangan otomatis ( auto renewal ) nya tidak berhasil?
Apabila pada hari ke 28 atau hari ke 30 antara pukul 23:00-23:59, saat terjadi perpanjangan otomatis berlangsung ternyata pulsa tidak mencukupi, maka paket akan hangus, untuk dapat menikmati layanan data Smartfren maka pelanggan harus melakukan pembelian kembali paket data untuk menghindari pengenaan tarif regular
1. What is an Unlimited Package?
The Unlimited Package is an internet package from Smartfren that provides Unlimited internet access services in all applications and is valid on all Smartfren networks, as well as additional benefits of Unlimited Calls to Smartfren users. With this Unlimited package, customers no longer have to worry about running out of quota when accessing internet services.
2. How many types of Unlimited packages are available?
Unlimited Package consists of Unlimited Daily (1 day), Unlimited Weekly (7 & 14 days) and monthly Unlimited packages (28 days).
3. How do I register for the Unlimited package?
Registration / purchase of Unlimited packages can be done via the mySF application and also USSI * 123 #
4. Is there any fair usage limit for Unlimited packages?
There is a fair usage limit for Unlimited packages according to the package taken. If it exceeds the fair usage limit, the customer can still access the internet at an adjusted speed.
5. What Starter Pack can I use to subscribe to this Unlimited package?
This Unlimited Package applies to all prepaid & postpaid customers, except for MiFi users (unlimited services cannot be used on MiFi devices).
6. Is there any automatic renewal method available for this Unlimited package?
Yes, there is an automatic renewal mechanism for Unlimited 55K, 80K and 100K Unlimited packages.
For Unlimited 55K: if auto renewal is successful in the next cycle, the price charged is Rp53K
For Unlimited 80K: if auto renewal is successful in the next cycle, the price charged is Rp75K
Unlimited 100rb, jika berhasil auto renewal pada cycle berikutnya maka harga yang dikenakan adalah Rp 95rb
This auto renewal package will be extended at 23:00 on the 28th day since the package is active
7. Can I buy a Volume Based package if I already have this Unlimited package?
Yes, and by buying a volume based package, you can also increase the speed when the number subscribed to the Unlimited package reaches the normal usage limit. For conditions where the customer has a Data Volume quota and an Unlimited service package, the Data Volume quota will be consumed first.
8. Can the Unlimited package be used overseas?
No, the Unlimited package can only be used domestically (domestic).
9. How to increase the speed when it reaches the fair usage limit?
To restore speed when it reaches the fair usage limit, you can also purchase an Unlimited booster package, this package is available with a choice of 1 day, 3 days and 7 days
