11. Can I claim the bonus multiple times with the same device?
No. Erafone starter pack can only be claimed once for 1 number using 1 device. The bonus can be claimed on different device, with conditions that the previous device has never been used to claim the bonus.
12. Can I top up at least IDR 50,000 while I still have an active 15 GB quota bonus?
Yes. However, the next 15 GB quota bonus will still be given in the next period. Make sure your number is active in the next period so that the bonus can be used.
