2. What's the benefits of Erafone Starter Pack?
Customers will get total quota bonus of 360 GB for 24 months or 15 GB / month.
3. How do I get the 15GB / month Quota Bonus?
Please top up your balance with min. IDR 50,000 no later than 3 days after activation and every month. The IDR 50,000 balance remains and can be used to purchase other packages on MySmartfren application.
4. What benefits do I get from Erafone Starter Pack?
You will get the following benefits:
- 2 GB Main Quota 24 Hours
- 3 GB Chat Quota (WhatsApp & Line), exclude voice calls / video calls on the application

5. I top up Rp 50K 1 week after activation, why I didn't get the Erafone Starter Pack bonus?
Top up must be done no later than 3 days after card activation. Top up after the specified time will not get Erafone Starter Pack bonus.
6. What happens if I top up with Voucher Data?
Top up using Voucher Data will not get Erafone Starter Pack bonus.
7. What happens if I top up my credit more than once in a month?
You can top up your credit more than once a month, but you only get the bonus once every month.
8. I topped up the credit for the first time on September 1, 2020, so I can enjoy the bonus with an active period until September 14, 2020. If I top up again on September 15, 2020, will I still get the bonus?
For top up that you do on September 15, 2020, you will not get a bonus, because bonuses are only given every 30 days every month. You can use credit to buy other internet packages to avoid using the internet at regular rates.
9. What happens if I don't top up every month consecutively for 2 years?
The 15 GB quota bonus can be obtained by credit top up every month min. IDR 50K. If you don't top up your credit in a certain month, the total bonus you will get is less than 360 GB.
10. If I forget and don't top up my credit and number during the grace period, can I still get the Erafone Starter Pack bonus?
Yes. Immediately top up your credit, min. IDR 50K before your number is terminated and so that your number is back in an active state and you can get the bonus Erafone Starter Pack.
