The Donations can be done at any time by users as long as the program period is still ongoing.

Can users donate more than one time?

Users can donate more than one time as long as the program period is still ongoing. If users want to donate more than one time, users need to wait 3 minutes for the next donation.

Can donations be sent using a credit balance?

Donations only can be sent using SmartPoin according to available nominal. The nominal that can be selected is Rp10, Rp100, Rp1.000. Donations will be deducted according to the amount of active SmartPoin.

Can users check the amount of donations and the amount of donors?

Users can check all the collected donations and the number of donors. All will be reported periodically to all customers through the MySmartfren application, website, or other media. Or users can contact Smartfren Customer Service at 888 or 08811223344 or at 021 50100000 if contacting another operator.

Can users know where the donation will be distributed?

Users can directly check the donation distribution program to the partners who distribute the collected donations, which is the Benih Baik Indonesia Foundation (www.benihbaik.com). The donation distribution process will be carried out after the donation collection period is complete. Smartfren will also inform the process of distributing donations through the MySmartfren application, website, social media, SMS, or other communication media.

Can users donate other than by MySmartfren application?

Users can not donate other than by MySmartfren application and Smartfren do not open other channels to donate. Be careful of irresponsible parties pretending to be Smartfren.
