After exchanging SmartPoin with the catalog of the gift you want, immediately confirm to the smartfren Customer Care (details in the use of vouchers). After the data has been collected, we will send the gift to the closest smartfren gallery with your domicile.
You can take your prize of approximately 20 working days after sending data to the smartfren Customer Care team.

How do I take a Pop Quiz or Scratch2Win Prize if I am in Jadetabek and how long is the process?

For those of you who are still in the Jadetabek area, you can immediately come to the smartfren Sabang Gallery 3-5 working days after you submit the data needed to the Custcare smartfren team.
If you can't come to the sabang Gallery, after the data has been collected, we will send the gift to the closest smartfren gallery with your domicile. You can take your prize of approximately 20 working days after sending data to the smartfren Customer Care team.

If my prize doesn't arrive, where should I contact?

Our Customer Care Team will contact you to inform the receipt number or if your gift has arrived at the smartfren Gallery closest to your domicile, you will be contacted by the smartfren Team to take the prize.

How long is the validity of the gift voucher that has been claimed?
