SmartPoin Point Exchange

1. What is Point Exchange?

The Point Exchange program is one of the programs for users, you can exchange SmartPoin with other brand loyalty points or vice versa.

2. Who can join the Point Exchange Program?

All customers who have more than 100 SmartPoin / Cashbac and access to MySmartfren application version 6.13.0 and above can join the Point Exchange Program.

3. How to exchange my Point?

Open MySmartfren application, then link / register Cashbac first. After connected to Cashbac, click "Redeem Points" and enter the Smartpoin / Cashbac nominal that you want to redeem. Then click "Redeem Points" and confirm by clicking "Forward". Points will increase instantly.

4. How many points do I get when I exchange from SmartPoin to Cashbac or vice versa?

Redemption of points will be subject to a fee of 2% of the total points exchanged. The points you get are 98% of the nominal amount that will be exchanged. For example: The customer exchanges a nominal 100 SmartPoin to Cashbac Points, then the customer will get 98 Cashbac Points. Vice versa.

5. Do SmartPoin and Cashbac have expiration date?

The validity period for Smartpoin obtained from the exchange of points is 180 days, while for Cashbac is 1 year.

6. Is there a minimum point to exchange my Point?

The minimum to exchange points is 100 points.

7. What happens when there is a decimal point in the redemption result?

If the result of the conversion point has a number after comma where the number is <= 0.5, rounding down will be carried out. Conversely, if> 0.5, rounding will be carried out. Example: Exchange from Smartpoin of 103 will become 101 Cashbac Points (result of rounding up to 100.94).

8. What if the customer does not receive points after doing Point Exchange?

Please check periodically, SmartPoin will be added automatically. If your SmartPoin doesn't add up for 1 × 24 hours, contact customer care.

9. What if a failure occurs during the Point Exchange process?
