d. If the price of the Smartphone is higher than the cashback, customer only needs to pay the remaining price. The cashback value varies according to the bundling package chosen, the higher the package the greater the cashback value you'll get.

3. What is Main Quota 24 Hours?

Main Quota 24 hours is 4G internet quota that can be used 24 hours / day during the bundling contract period.

4. What is Midnight Quota?

Midnight Quota is internet quota that can be used from 01:00 to 05:00 WIB during the bundling contract period.

5. What is the mechanism for benefits given from this SmartDeal Package bundling?

All benefits, Quota, Calls and SMS, will be given every 30 days for 12 times (12 months) or 24 times (24 months) since the number is activated. The remaining benefits cannot be accumulated to the next period.

6. How do I check the remaining quota?

After-sales service is fully handled directly by the official service center in accordance with the Smartphone brand.
