Is the promo a direct discount?
Yes. This promo is in the form of a direct discount as long as the discount quota is still available, if the discount quota has run out, the promo will become a Discount Voucher for the next purchase of data packages.
How long will the Customer receive the Discount Voucher after successful payment?
The Discount Voucher will be received into the Customer's account within 7×24 hours.
How long is the discount voucher valid for my account?
The active period of the Discount Voucher is 1 month after entering the customer's account.
Can Discount Vouchers be used for all products on Shopee?
No. Discount Vouchers are only for purchasing smartfren data packages as follows; Discount vouchers for 5,7, and 10 thousand can be used when purchasing data packages with a denomination of min. IDR 100 thousand; A discount voucher of 20 thousand can be used when purchasing a data package with a denomination of min. IDR 200 thousand.
