How to get this Bundling Package Bonus?

To get this Bundling Package Bonus, the Customer must:

1. Download aplikasi MySmartfren

2. Next, top up a minimum of IDR 25 thousand, no later than 3 days after card activation.

3. The 24-month Bundling Package bonus can only be obtained if the customer performs steps 1 & 2 sequentially, followed by top-up credit every month for a minimum of IDR 25 thousand.

How do I check if I have received the Bonus?

Can be checked by opening the MySmartfren application

Will the 25,000 credit that I have filled up will be lost after claiming the Bonus?

The 25 thousand credits are not lost and can be used to purchase other internet packages.

I have opened the MySmartfren application but the Bonus is not there?

Make sure you have downloaded the MySmartfren application first, then top up your credit at least Rp. 25 thousand before claiming the bonus in the MySmartfren application. If you have already opened the MySmartfren application before recharging, then close the MySmartfren application and then reopen it. If the Bonus is still not received, please contact call center smartfren.

I reloaded 25 thousand 1 week after activation, why didn't I get the bonus?

Top up must be done no later than 3 days after card activation, and claims through the MySmartfren application no later than 3 days after top up. Refilling credit or claiming more than the specified time will cause you to not be able to get the Bonus.

Can I refill using a Data Voucher and still get this Bundling Package Bonus?

A bonus will be given if you top up your credit either physically or electronically. Top-up with Data Voucher will not get a Bonus.

What happens if I top up my credit more than once in a month?

You can top up your credit more than 1x in 1 month, but the Bonus you get is still 1 time for a period of 30 days.
