What happens if I top up my credit more than once in a month?
You can top up your credit more than 1x in 1 month, but the Bonus you get is still 1 time for a period of 30 days.
For example, the bonus that I have is active on Jan 1, 2022, so the active period of my package ends on Jan 14, 2022. Can I top up my credit on Jan 15, 2022, can I enjoy the quota bonus?
If you can top up your credit on 15 Jan 2022, you will get the bonus for the next period, which is 30 days after 1 Jan 2022. You can use the credit to buy other internet packages to avoid internet usage at regular rates.
What happens if I don't top up every month consecutively for 2 years?
Bonus Kuota 5 GB akan didapatkan per 30 hari jika melakukan isi ulang pulsa mulai dari 50ribu. Apabila tidak melakukan isi ulang pulsa pada bulan tertentu maka total bonus yang didapatkan dalam 24 bulan kurang dari 120GB (5GB selama 24 bulan).
If I forget to top up my credit so that my number is in a grace period, can I still get the Bonus?
Customers can still get the Bonus by reloading at least 50 thousand before the number is terminated and the number will be active again and will get a Bonus.
Can I get 2x Bonus if I top up 100 thousand credits?
No. Top up balance at least 50K IDR does not apply to multiples, so reloads with balance of 100K will still get 1x bonus.
