How does the Customer know that the Quota Bonus has been received?
The customer will receive an SMS notification after getting the quota bonus and can be checked on mySF application.
How many days is the Quota Bonus limit?
The quota bonus will be obtained by the customer directly after the credit or data plan received by the destination Smartfren number.
Is there any limitation for each number to receive a quota bonus?
No. Customers can get quota bonus, and not limited to the maximum number of data package purchases in each promo period.
