1. What are the options for the 1ON + Starter Pack?
There are 3 options:
1. 1ON + 6GB will get quota 1.5GB/month in 1st until 3rd month and 500MB/month in 4th until 6th month.
2. 1ON + 9GB will get quota 1.5GB/month in 1st until 6th month.
3. 1ON + 18GB will get quota 3GB/month in 1st until 6th month.
2. What are the benefits of activating the 1ON + Starter Pack?
When 1ON + SIM card is successfully activated, the first bonus will be received immediately and will automatically be given on the 31,61,91,121 & 151 days
3. How long is the 1ON + SIM card active period?
The SIM card active period is 365 days
4. How do I get the Weekly Bonus up to 52GB?
To get a Weekly Quota Bonus, you only need to purchase a Volume Based Data Plan or Voucher Data
1. Buy Data Package or Voucher with minimum of IDR 7.5K-29K will get 250MB quota bonus valid for 7 days
2. Buy Data Package or Voucher with minimum of IDR 30K-59K will get 500MB quota bonus valid for 7 days
3. Buy Data Package or Voucher with minimum of IDR 60K will get 1GB quota bonus valid for 7 days
4. Buy Unlimited Package or Voucher will not get bonus quota.
5. How many times is the weekly bonus given each week?
Bonus quota is obtained once a week and maximum 52 times during the active period of the card or package.
6. If I purchase more than once a week, will I get more bonuses?
Bonus quota is obtained once a week and does not accumulate. You will get a bonus if you purchase a package or top up voucher in the following week.
