Is there any limitation for each number to receive a quota bonus?

Not. Customers can get quota bonuses, and are not limited to the maximum number of purchases of data packages in each promo period. 

How does the Customer know that the Quota Bonus has been received?

Customers will receive an SMS notification after getting a quota bonus and can be checked on the mySF application. 

Does top-up valid for multiple purchases?

The quota bonus applies to the purchase of credit refills of 100 thousand min which are made in 1 time of credit refills, not the cumulative value of 1 day of purchase.

How to get the Quota Bonus?

Customers will get a Bonus Quota 10 GB for every purchase of top up credit of 100 thousand min through Mobile Banking, SMS Banking, Internet Banking, and ATMs.

Can the promo apply to Customers with Prepaid & Postpaid numbers?

This BRI Anniversary Promo applies only to Customers with Prepaid numbers. 

When does the BRI Anniversary promo period apply?

Promo valid from 22 – 24 Dec 2021.

How many days is the Quota Bonus limit?

The validity period of the bonus quota is 7 days (example: benefits obtained on 22 December 2021 benefits will expire on 29 December 2021 at 23:59)
