1. What is meant by this Internet Data Quota?

Internet Data Quota is a government program to support teaching and learning process carried out remotely through the use of various communication media, according to the official letter of the Ministry of Education and Culture, Number: 0800/J1/T1/2021, regarding "Request for Confirmation of Approval of Package Assistance Prices Internet Data Quota "dated February 19, 2021.

Internet Data Quota is provided to Students, College Students, Teachers and Lecturers who cannot attend face-to-face or regular education until December 2021. Data Quota assistance is provided after the government officially announces it.

2. How do I get this Internet Data Quota from the Government?

Customers are required to register their number from school or campus admin, then will be registered in the DAPODIK system (Basic Education Data, an integrated national scale education data collection system) as recipients of government program internet data quota assistance.

Customers can confirm directly to school or campus that is registered as the beneficiary.

3. How much quota do I get?

This Internet Data Quota is given according to the direction of government, with monthly quota given as follow: PAUD (TK) 7 GB; SD-SMA/equivalent 10 GB ; Teachers 12 GB; Students & Lecturers 15 GB

4. What access can I use from the quota I get?

Internet Data Quota can be used for internet access to all applications / sites without any time limit, except for social media applications such as Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and Tiktok, as well as sites that are blocked by the Ministry of Communication and Informatics (healthy internet). As stated on https://kuota-belajar.kemdikbud.go.id/

The validity period of this quota is 31 days after the quota is given.

5. What if the Internet Data Quota runs out before day-31?

If the quota runs out, internet access will stop. Customers can purchase other package on mySF application.

6. Can this program be used for all Smartfren customers?

This program applies to all smartfren customers and work as students, teachers, students and lecturers who have registered their numbers with the school or campus admin and the school or campus as beneficiaries.

7. Is there a list of specific schools that are eligible for this program, or can all schools register?

For the list of schools that are in accordance with those registered under government list, customers can check with their respective schools or campuses whether the school or campus is registered in this program.
