    REJEKI WOW Treasure Hunt program period divided into 2 categories. REJEKI WOW Treasure Hunt transaction value collection period , which runs from 14 September until 7 January 2022. And REJEKI WOW Treasure Hunt grand prizes period, which runs from 8 January until 14 January 2022.

    Smartfren’s users both postpaid and prepaid who have an active Smartfren number, have an acoount on MySmartfren application and have an identity card have the opportunity to get prizes in REJEKI WOW Treasure Hunt program.

  • How to play Treasure Hunt?

    Download mySF application if you are a new Smartfren user. If you doing activation during REJEKI WOW Treasure Hunt period, then the purchase of Smartfren Starter Pack will be counted as your first transaction according to the official retail price. And you will get a Welcome Prize and ‘WHEELIE’ from Treasure Hunt to explore to Oasis.

    If you are a loyal Smartfren’s users, open mySF application and doing transaction during REJEKI WOW Treasure Hunt period. There will be a special surprise for loyal Smartfren’s user because your ship will move faster to Treasure Island according to the length of time you have joined as Smartfren’s user.

  • How can I reach Treasure Island?

    Each transaction will move Wheelie reach Oasis :

    – Bronze Key : total transaction of IDR 100.000,-

    – Silver Key : total transaction of IDR 200.000,-

    – Gold Key : total transaction of IDR 300.000,-

  • Will I get prizes on each Oasis?

    Get your prize every time you collect the keys! You can reach the Oasis and collect the key by doing transactions of: Top Up balance thru mySf Application, Bank, e-commerce, gallery or outlet, or buy any package using payment method other than balance deduction, or by Postpaid Bill Payment.

  • What prizes will I receive if I reach each of the island?

    The prizes you receive if you collect all the keys are :

    – Bronze Key : Bonus balance in the amount of IDR 2.500 and the opportunity to get additional prizes in the form of bonus balance to Fine Gold 2gr, Smart TV 32”, and Handphone.

    – Silver Key : Bonus balance in the amount of IDR 5.000 and the opportunity to get additional prizes in the form of bonus balance to Fine Gold 5gr, Smart TV 43”, and Handphone.

    – Gold Key : Bonus balance in the amount of IDR 10.000 and the opportunity to get additional prizes in the form of bonus balance to Fine Gold 10gr, Tablet, and Motorcycle.

  • Is there an additional bonus if i have collected all three keys?

    As long as the program period is still on going, you will be able to continue the journey. However, after the program period ends, you can still join on the next period.

    But don’t worry, You still can collect any treasure you have on any previous and by keep on check in to Treasure Hunt menu > Daily Treasure. Daily Check In will give you SmartPoin and special treasure if you check in continuously for 7 days.

  • Is there an additional bonus if i have collected all three keys?

    Customer have the opportunity to get prizes by getting a grand chest. But if customer makes a transaction with a total accumulation transaction is IDR 500.000, the customer will get a super grand chest with more attractive prizes.

  • How can I redeem a prize?

    For Physical Prize and any other than SmartPoin and bonus balance, the winner will be contacted by Smartfren customer care via telephone or email for prize claiming and hand over process. Any SmartPoin and bonus balance will be automatically added no later than 24 hours after claiming the Bonus Prize.

  • What can I do if daily check-in failed?

    The Donation Program is an additional program from REJEKI WOW Treasure Hunt Period 3 that allow Smartfren customers to share with others in need. All Smartfren customers can participate in donating or sharing via the donation menu in Treasure Hunt as long as their Smartfren number is still active.

  • How can i participate to donation in Treasure Hunt?

    You can participate in donating to Treasure Hunt by going to the Treasure Hunt main menu and entering the Donation menu. You can donate using SmartPoin by selecting the available donation nominal. Also make sure the Smartfren number is active.

  • Can i know where the donation will be distributed?

    You can directly check the donation distribution program to the partners who distribute the collected donations, which is the Benih Baik Indonesia Foundation www.benihbaik.com. The donation distribution process will be carried out after the donation collection period is complete. Smartfren will also inform the process of distributing donations through the MySmartfren application, website, social media, SMS, or other communication media.

    REJEKI WOW Daily Treasure is a program for Smartfren’s users (Prepaid and Postpaid ) to get daily bonuses just by checking in or open MySmartfren application and click the REJEKI WOW Daily Treasure’s icon on MySmartfren homepage every day.

  • When will the REJEKI WOW Daily Treasure program start?

    REJEKI WOW Daily Treasure program period will be running from September 21st, 2021 until January 14th, 2022.

  • Who can participate in the REJEKI WOW Daily Treasure program?

    All Smartfren’s users both prepaid and postpaid with active customer status can be participate in REJEKI WOW Daily Treasure.

  • Does the Customer can check-in multiple times in one day?

    The customers can check-in only once a day.

  • What bonuses will be given to the customer from Daily check-in?

    Check in on 1st day, customers will get 10 SmartPoin. On the 2nd day of check-in, customer will get 15 SmartPoin. Check-in on 3rd day, customer will get 20 SmartPoin. Check-in on the 4th day, customer will get 25 SmartPoin. Check-in on 5th day, customer will get 30 SmartPoin. And check-in on 6th day, customer will get 35 SmartPoin.

  • What is the bonus for the Customer who is checked-in for 7 consecutive days?

    After 7 days consecutive check-in, the customers will be given an option to get 40 SmartPoin or get 1GB YouTube Package (available for 7 days), by exchange 135 SmartPoin.

  • How if the Customer didn’t checked-in for a day?

    If the customer didn’t checked-in for 1 day, then the daily check-in will be counted as day one check-in when the customers checking in back the next day. For Example, customers who have checked-in until 3rd day but didn’t check-in on the 4th day, then later if the customer check-in, the daily check-in will be counted as first check-in (start from day one).

  • What bonuses will the inviter and invitee get ?

    Inviters who share the referral code and invitee who have successfully used the referral code, both of them will get 1GB free Youtube quota valid for 7 days. The bonus will be given maximum 1x24 hours after the referral code is successfully used.

  • Can the referral code used more than once ?

    No. The referral code can only be used once.

  • Is there a maximum limits of friends we can invite ?

    Yes. Inviters can only get bonus quota 1GB free Yotube valid for 7 days 20 times (maximum 20GB) throughout the program period.

  • What if within 1 day the inviter managed to invite more than 1 friend to join?
