  2. Yes, you can upgrade SmartPoin membership level by increasing activity using smartfren service.

  3. You can't trade reward that you have redeemed.

  13. Yes, there are 5 membership level for SmartPoin:

    1. Red

    2. Silver

    3. Gold

    4. Platinum

    5. Elite

    Each membership level has a different special reward that you can get as a loyal SmartPoin member.
