    • Through USSI, customers can dial *878*78# then select Voucher to redeem

  • How long is the validity period of this additional Video Package?

    The validity period of the Vidio subscription package will follow the validity period of the data package.

  • Is there a time limit to claim additional Vidio benefits?

    Yes, there is. The claim period for additional video benefits is 28 days from the date of activation of the data package.

  • If I have previously subscribed to Vidio, then I buy one of the Unlimited Non Stop or Volume Based data packages, what is the status of my Vidio package?
