- Through the Mysmartfren application, customers can see the additional benefits of Video in the Smartpoint menu – My Active Voucher. To claim benefits, customers just click Use Voucher.
- Through USSI, customers can dial *878*78# then select Voucher to redeem
- How long is the validity period of this additional Video Package?
The validity period of the Vidio subscription package will follow the validity period of the data package.
- Is there a time limit to claim additional Vidio benefits?
Yes, there is. The claim period for additional video benefits is 28 days from the date of activation of the data package.
- If I have previously subscribed to Vidio, then I buy one of the Unlimited Non Stop or Volume Based data packages, what is the status of my Vidio package?
If the customer has previously subscribed to Vidio, then because he bought the Unlimited Non Stop package/ Quota Package, he gets additional Vidio benefits, what will be consumed first is the Vidio package that is already running / the first according to its active period.
