  • What is Main Quota (24 Hours Quota)?

    24 hour quota is a quota that can be used for internet access for 24 hours per day in all applications during the validity period of the package.  

  • What is Extra Quota?

    Extra Quota is an additional quota that is given and can be used for internet access in all applications from 01.00 – 05.00 WIB during the package validity period. 

  • What is Free Unlimited DANA Access?

    The free quota of unlimited DANA access is a quota that can only be used to access the DANA application with reasonable use and for the duration of the package. 

  • Does Free Call to all smartfren also apply to International Roaming calls?

    Free calls to all smartphones can only be used for calls in Indonesia and cannot be used for Roaming International. 

  • What if the quota runs out before the period ends?

    If the data packet quota has expired in the middle of the validity period, then the customer cannot access the internet (Hardstop/PAYG Off). Customers can repurchase the data packages available in the DANA application or other options in the MySmartfren application. 

  • How do I check the remaining quota?

    Customers can check quotas in the MySmartfren application or press *123#

  • What if there is a remaining quota at the end of the validity period?

    When the validity period of the data package ends, the remaining available quota (if any) will be forfeited.
